| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tuvo como Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el apoyo familiar y el manejo del estrés en enfermeros del Hospital Regional de Ica, 2024, Material y Métodos: Estudio cuantitativo, correlacional y diseño no experimental. Muestreo probabilístico de 177 enfermeras/os. Se utilizó cuestionarios validados a nivel nacional adaptados a la realidad, reportando un coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach 0.880 (apoyo familiar) y 0.851 (manejo del estrés), presentando 35 preguntas de opción múltiple. Resultados: Señalaron que el apoyo familiar y el manejo del estrés mostraron una correlación significativa, con un coeficiente de 0.733 y una sigma menor a 0.050. El nivel de apoyo familiar presentó valores intermedios, en dimensiones: El 68.40% en apoyo general, 66.70% apoyo afectivo y emocional, 70.10% apoyo instrumental y 61.00% en apoyo interactivo. En cuanto al manejo del estrés, este alcanzó un nivel medio con un 67.80%, distribuyéndose en un 66.70% a nivel fisiológico, 68.40% en el cognitivo-emocional y 68.90% en el conductual, lo cual reflejó una adecuada gestión de las demandas emocionales. Conclusiones: Que el respaldo familiar actúa como un amortiguador fundamental frente a las tensiones laborales, al ofrecer soporte en múltiples dimensiones de la vida emocional y práctica. Este sistema permite a los individuos responder de manera equilibrada y funcional ante desafíos complejos, contribuyendo a una mejor regulación interna y a la capacidad de mantenerse operativos y controlados en su desempeño cotidiano. | |
