Resumen
Este trabajo de suficiencia profesional se enfoca en el desarrollo urbano y la mejora de
infraestructuras, con un enfoque particular en el proyecto de construcción de pavimento y veredas
en un tramo específico de la Avenida México en el Distrito de La Tinguiña, Provincia de Ica,
Departamento de Ica. El objetivo principal es establecer condiciones de transitabilidad vehicular
y peatonal adecuadas, promoviendo un entorno más seguro y estético en la zona. La metodología
empleada para el desarrollo de las actividades consistió en la utilización de métodos
comparativos, descriptivos y analíticos. Se realizaron análisis exhaustivos de cada fase del
proyecto y se establecieron relaciones entre las funciones desempeñadas por los profesionales y
los campos temáticos de la carrera. Los resultados obtenidos indican que se lograron cumplir las
expectativas del proyecto y se completaron las actividades previstas en el Expediente Técnico de
Obra. La colaboración entre el contratista y la supervisión fue eficiente, lo que permitió una
ejecución exitosa. La culminación del proyecto se dio según la programación establecida,
demostrando una sólida gestión del tiempo y recursos, así como un compromiso con la calidad y
la eficacia. La conclusión principal es que la correcta planificación y coordinación, el enfoque en
la calidad y el cumplimiento de las normativas vigentes son esenciales para el éxito de proyectos
de infraestructura urbana. La colaboración interdisciplinaria y la aplicación experta de la
normativa son factores cruciales para enfrentar los desafíos que puedan surgir. La recomendación
principal es establecer una planificación anticipada de las actividades, contar con personal técnico
experimentado y comprometido, y fomentar una comunicación efectiva entre todas las áreas
involucradas. Estas prácticas mejorarán la eficiencia en la ejecución y garantizarán resultados
óptimos en proyectos similares en el futuro.
This professional sufficiency work focuses on urban development and infrastructure improvement, with a particular focus on the pavement and sidewalk construction project on a specific section of Mexico Avenue in the District of La Tinguiña, Province of Ica, Department of Ica. The main objective is to establish suitable vehicular and pedestrian traffic conditions, promoting a safer and more aesthetic environment in the area. The methodology used for the development of the activities consisted of the use of comparative, descriptive, and analytical methods. Exhaustive analyses of each phase of the project were carried out, and relationships were established between the functions performed by the professionals and the thematic fields of the career. The results obtained indicate that the project's expectations were met, and the activities planned in the Technical Work File were completed. The collaboration between the contractor and the supervision was efficient, allowing for successful execution. The project's completion occurred according to the established schedule, demonstrating solid time and resource management, as well as a commitment to quality and effectiveness. The main conclusion is that proper planning and coordination, a focus on quality, and compliance with current regulations are essential for the success of urban infrastructure projects. Interdisciplinary collaboration and expert application of regulations are crucial factors in facing any challenges that may arise. The main recommendation is to establish advanced planning of activities, have experienced and committed technical personnel, and promote effective communication among all involved areas. These practices will improve efficiency in execution and ensure optimal results in similar projects in the future.
