Abstract
El propósito de este estudio fue determinar el nivel de relación entre la planificación estratégica y la calidad de la gestión educativa en los estudiantes del Nivel Secundario Público de la Institución Educativa José Olaya Balandra del distrito de Chorrillos - Lima 2019.
Para la presente investigación se usó el programa estadístico SPSS 26, aplicando la prueba de Alfa de Cronbach para evaluar la validez del instrumento, luego de una prueba piloto.
Se empleó el enfoque cuantitativo, nivel correlacional, tipo de estudio básico y diseño no experimental, mediante la técnica de la encuesta a docentes y personal administrativo. Se validaron la hipótesis general y dos hipótesis específicas, excepto la primera hipótesis específica que no se validó: No hay relación entre el sistema de comunicación y la calidad de la gestión educativa de estudiantes de la Institución Educativa Pública José Olaya Balandra del distrito de Chorrillos -Lima, con un valor del Chi cuadrado = 43,916 y un nivel de significancia bilateral = 0.171.
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of relationship between strategic planning and the quality of educational management in the students of the Public Secondary Level of the José Olaya Balandra Educational Institution in the district of Chorrillos - Lima 2019.
For this research, the SPSS 26 statistical program was used, applying the Cronbach's Alpha test to evaluate the validity of the instrument, after a pilot test.
The quantitative approach, correlational level, type of basic study and nonexperimental design were used, through the survey technique of teachers and administrative staff. The general hypothesis and two specific hypotheses were validated, except the first specific hypothesis that was not validated: There is no relationship between the communication system and the quality of the educational management of students of the José Olaya Balandra Public Educational Institution of the Chorrillos district - Lima, with a Chi square value = 43.916 and a bilateral significance level = 0.171.
