Estudio comparativo de los parámetros hidráulicos para las obras de protección en el Desembarcadero Pesquero Artesanal Cerro Azul, provincia de Cañete, departamento de Lima

Abstract

En las condiciones actuales de Cerro Azul, muchos pescadores de la localidad y de otras caletas aledañas, se les hace muy difícil y peligroso desembarcar, por lo que tienen que recurrir al muelle de Pucusana, implicándoles mayores gastos para la poca ganancia que se obtienen por la escasez del recurso. Por otro lado, las condiciones precarias de terminal actual no garantizan un adecuado manejo de la pesca. Esta investigación tiene como propósito diseñar desde el punto de vista de la hidráulica para brindar protección al desembarcadero pesquero artesanal en el distrito Cerro Azul y brindarles seguridad en las operaciones de carga y descarga y para su infraestructura que comprenden obras en el mar y en tierra, a partir de la información del Estudio de Factibilidad DPA, Cerro Azul, obtenida del Gobierno Regional de Lima. Las obras en el mar constan de un muelle que deberá estar debidamente protegido del accionar del mar a fin de que las operaciones de embarque y desembarque se realicen sin riesgo para las embarcaciones y la vida y la salud de los pescadores. Las obras en tierra constan de las áreas mínimas necesarias para el procesamiento primario del producto y los servicios para la comercialización y conservación de producto en frio.

In the current conditions of Cerro Azul, many fishermen from the locality and from other nearby coves find it very difficult and dangerous to disembark, so they have to resort to the Pucusana pier, implying higher expenses for the little profit they obtain from it. the scarcity of the resource. On the other hand, the precarious conditions of the current terminal do not guarantee adequate fishing management. The purpose of this research is to design from the point of view of hydraulics to provide protection to the artisanal fishing landing in the Cerro Azul district and provide security in loading and unloading operations and for its infrastructure that includes works at sea and on land, based on information from the DPA Feasibility Study, Cerro Azul, obtained from the Regional Government of Lima. The works at sea consist of a dock that must be duly protected from the action of the sea so that loading and unloading operations are carried out without risk to the boats and the life and health of the fishermen. The works on land consist of the minimum areas necessary for the primary processing of the product and the services for the commercialization and conservation of the cold product.
