Perfeccionamiento personal y satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores administrativos en una universidad pública del Perú, 2022

Resumen
El análisis obtiene como objetivo identificar la relación del perfeccionamiento personal y la
satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores administrativos en una universidad pública del Perú, 2022.
El estudio es de tipo utilitario, el nivel se basó en lo correlacional - descriptivo y su diseño se
adecuo con el no experimental, empleando una encuesta como técnica de recolección de
información y el cuestionario como instrumento, constituyendo una muestra de 264 trabajadores
administrativos de una universidad pública del Perú.
Según los datos obtenidos se puede determinar que, con respecto al objetivo general de la
investigación se determina que el 54% de los encuestados considera que existe relación
significativa entre el perfeccionamiento personal y la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores
administrativos en una universidad pública del Perú, 2022. Puesto que, se observa que mientras
más crecimiento personal obtenga los trabajadores incrementará sus niveles de satisfacción
laboral.
Referente al primer objetivo específico se determina que el 57% de los encuestados considera que
existe relación directa entre el aprendizaje académico con la satisfacción laboral de los
trabajadores administrativos en una universidad pública del Perú, 2022. Puesto que, se evidencia
que si los trabajadores obtienen mayores conocimientos teóricos y/o prácticas permitirá que
desarrollen sus actividades laborales de una forma más sencilla y rápida, incrementando su
satisfacción laboral.
Respecto al segundo objetivo específico se establece que, el 60% de los encuestados considera
que existe relación significativa entre la preparación del personal se relaciona con la satisfacción
laboral de los trabajadores administrativos en una universidad pública del Perú, 2022. Puesto que,
se evidencia que los trabajadores al recibir capacitaciones laborales por parte de su institución
mejoran su capacidad operativa, asimismo consideran que su institución los reconoce como
personal valioso para mejora de la organización, lo que incrementa la satisfacción laboral.
Referente al tercer objetivo específico se determina que, el 56% de los encuestados considera que
hay relación directa entre los objetivos del personal con la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores
administrativos en una universidad pública del Perú, 2022. Se evidencia que los trabajadores
cuando son capaces de lograr los objetivos que les plantea la institución incrementa de manera
positiva la satisfacción laboral de los mismos.
The objective of the research is to identify the relationship between personal development and job satisfaction of administrative workers in a public university in Peru, 2022. Regarding the second specific objective, it is established that 60% of those surveyed consider that there is a significant relationship between the preparation of personnel and the job satisfaction of administrative workers at a public university in Peru, 2022. They also consider that their institution recognizes them as valuable personnel for the improvement of the organization, which increases job satisfaction. Regarding the third specific objective, it is determined that 56% of those surveyed consider that there is a direct relationship between staff objectives and the job satisfaction of administrative workers at a public university in Peru, 2022.
