Contratos de locación de servicios y derechos laborales de obreros de la Municipalidad Provincial de Pisco, año 2024

Abstract

La Tesis “CONTRATOS DE LOCACIÓN DE SERVICIOS Y DERECHOS LABORALES DE OBREROS DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE PISCO, AÑO 2024”, tuvo como objetivo “Determinar la relación existente entre los contratos de locación de servicios y derechos laborales de obreros de la Municipalidad Provincial de Pisco, año 2024”. La base legal utilizada para el desarrollo de la presente investigación fueron las siguientes normativas: Constitución Política del Perú, Código Civil, Decreto Legislativo N° 728, Ley Orgánica de Municipalidades, Ley 30220, Ley Universitaria, Estatuto de la Única, Resolución Rectoral 029-2021-R, Líneas de Investigación, Resolución Rectoral 048-2021-R, Reglamento de Grados y Títulos, Resolución Rectoral 1320-2021-R, Guía para Elaboración de Tesis, Informe Final de Tesis Única. La presente investigación correspondió a un estudió básico, con enfoque cuantitativo, así como un nivel correlacional, y diseño descriptivo – correlacional, la muestra extraída la integraron 80 obreros municipales. Para efectuar el proceso de recolección de datos se recurrió a la Técnica de la Encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario cuyas preguntas se estructuraron en base a las variables del estudio. De los resultados obtenidos se demuestra que: Entre los Contrato de Locación de Servicios y Derechos Laborales que la correlación es estadísticamente significativa al 1% de error, lo cual significa que existe una relación directa y moderadamente fuerte entre ambas variables.

The thesis "SERVICE LEASE CONTRACTS AND LABOR RIGHTS OF WORKERS IN THE PROVINCIAL MUNICIPALITY OF PISCO, YEAR 2024" aimed to "Determine the relationship between service lease contracts and labor rights of workers in the Provincial Municipality of Pisco, year 2024." The legal basis used for this research was the following regulations: the Peruvian Constitution, the Civil Code, Legislative Decree No. 728, the Organic Law of Municipalities, Law 30220, the University Law, the Statute of the Sole University, Rectoral Resolution 029-2021-R, Research Lines, Rectoral Resolution 048-2021-R, Regulations for Degrees and Titles, Rectoral Resolution 1320-2021-R, Thesis Preparation Guide, and the Final Report of the Sole Thesis. This research was a basic study with a quantitative approach, a correlational level, and a descriptive-correlational design. The sample consisted of 80 municipal workers. The data collection process used the survey technique and a questionnaire, whose questions were structured based on the study variables. The results obtained show that: Between Service Lease Contracts and Labor Rights, the evaluation is statistically significant at 1% error, which means that there is a direct and moderately strong relationship between both variables.
