Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación sobre lonchera saludable tiene como Objetivo: Determinar
el nivel de conocimiento sobre la lonchera saludable y la efectividad del programa educativo en
madres de niños preescolares de la Institución Educativa Inicial N°75, Ica – 2024. Método: Tipo
de investigación cuantitativo, de corte transversal. Nivel de investigación, correlacional,
explicativo. Diseño de investigación, no experimental, prospectivo. La muestra estuvo constituida
por 100 madres, como instrumento se utilizó un cuestionario validado. Resultado: el mayor índice
de edad fue 18 a 23 años con 40%, El grado de instrucción de las madres fue secundaria 60%,
primaria, Las madres son amas de casa en un 65%, trabajo dependiente 20%. En el pretest el
conocimiento sobre lonchera saludable es deficiente en el 56%, regular en un 30%, y 14% obtuvo
nivel bueno. En el post test el 62% presento nivel bueno, un 30% regular, y el 8% nivel de
deficiente. En el cocimiento que es una lonchera, en el pretest el 61% tuvo conocimiento
deficiente, el 26% regular y el 13% bueno. En el post test un 60% presento nivel bueno, un 30%
regular y un 10% deficiente. En el conocimiento sobre la composición de lonchera saludable, en
el pre test el 55% tuvo conocimiento deficiente, el 35% nivel regular y el 10% nivel bueno; en el
post test el 63% presento nivel bueno, un 32% regular y el 5% en nivel deficiente. En el
conocimiento sobre alimentos que no debe contener una lonchera saludable, en el pre test el 67%
tuvo conocimiento deficiente, el 30% regular y el 3% bueno; en el post test el 67% presento nivel
bueno, el 28% nivel regular y un 5% nivel deficiente. Conclusiones: A través de un programa
educativo el conocimiento sobre la lonchera saludable es bueno en las madres de los niños
preescolares.
