Gestión Municipal y su Impacto en el Desarrollo de la Actividad Turística en el Distrito de Ica, 2024

Abstract

El presente estudio titulado: “Gestión municipal y su impacto en el desarrollo de la actividad turística en el distrito de Ica 2023” tiene como objetivo principal establecer la relación que existe entre gestión municipal en el desarrollo de la actividad turística en el distrito de Ica, 2023. Para ello se utilizó un diseño no experimental, de enfoque cuantitativo, la muestra está conformada por 18 participantes cada uno de ellos representantes de los gremios, asociaciones, academias e instituciones públicas y privadas del sector. Los instrumentos que se aplicaron fueron dos cuestionarios para el recojo de datos, siendo procesados por el programa estadístico SPSS V.27. Los resultados nos indica que existe relación positiva y directa entre las variables gestión municipal y actividad turística con un valor Rho de Spearman de 0,703, esto se respalda con lo mencionado por los encuestados, el 61,1% afirmó un deficiente nivel de gestión municipal, el 55,6% manifestaron un nivel regular en la actividad turística, el 61,1% opinaron un nivel regular en la demanda turística, mientras que el 50% consideró que la oferta turística es deficiente. Se concluyó que la actividad turística del distrito de Ica presenta un nivel regular y la gestión municipal deficiente, por ello se deduce que es algo preocupante estos resultados, con la finalidad de poder subir de nivel para mejorar la actividad turística es importante contar con una gestión municipal optima, por consecuente un progreso en el distrito y una mejora en el bien común para los habitantes.

The main objective of this study entitled: “Municipal management and its impact on the development of tourist activity in the district of Ica 2023” is to establish the relationship that exists between municipal management in the development of tourist activity in the district of Ica, 2023. For this, a non-experimental design was used, with a quantitative approach, the sample is made up of 18 participants, each of them representatives of unions, associations, academies and public and private institutions in the sector. The instruments that were applied were two questionnaires for data collection, being processed by the SPSS V.27 statistical program. The results indicate that there is a positive and direct relationship between the variables municipal management and tourist activity with a Spearman's Rho value of 0.703, this is supported by what was mentioned by the respondents, 61.1% affirmed a poor level of municipal management, 55.6% expressed a regular level in tourist activity, 61.1% thought a regular level in tourist demand, while 50% considered that the tourist offer is deficient. It was concluded that the tourist activity in the district of Ica presents a regular level and poor municipal management, therefore it follows that these results are somewhat worrying, in order to be able to raise the level to improve tourist activity it is important to have management optimal municipal, consequently progress in the district and an improvement in the common good for the inhabitants.
