Análisis, diseño e implementación de un software para el proceso de control de escalafón de docentes de una universidad

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo de tesis orientada a Describir la eficiencia del Software ESCADIG para el proceso de control de escalafón de docentes de una universidad. Método: El estudio fue del tipo aplicado, cuyo nivel de investigación fue descriptivo con un enfoque cuantitativo de corte transversal. Para las pruebas se seleccionó una muestra de 50 procesos de gestión del escalafón. El análisis de procesos de negocio-BPA se realizó con la herramienta ARIS Express y para el diseño e implementación con la herramienta de gestión BPM Bussines Process Management con el software de automatización BIZAGI EXPRESS soportado en la base de datos SQL server 16, siguiendo las fases del Bizagi, las pruebas de funcionalidad y de eficiencia para 50 casos de procesos. Resultados: Los resultados para los tiempos del proceso muestran que el registro de documentos por parte del docente tiene un valor central de 46.0 segundos, lo que refleja una ejecución eficiente y consistente del proceso. Se concluye que la automatización con herramientas de BPM tiene un alto nivel de eficiencia. The objective of this thesis is to describe the efficiency of the ESCADIG software for the process of control of teachers' promotion in a university. Method: The study was of the applied type, whose research level was descriptive with a cross-sectional quantitative approach. A sample of 50 management processes was selected for testing. The analysis of business processes-BPA was performed with the ARIS Express tool and for the design and implementation with the BPM Bussines Process Management tool with the automation software BIZAGI EXPRESS supported in the SQL server 16 database, following the Bizagi phases, the functionality and efficiency tests for 50 cases of processes. Results: The results for the process times show that the registration of documents by the teacher has a central value of 46.0 seconds, reflecting an efficient and consistent execution of the process. It is concluded that automation with BPM tools has a high level of efficiency.
