Violencia familiar y autoestima en estudiantes de quinto año de secundaria de la Institución Educativa Víctor Manuel Maúrtua, Parcona, Ica, 2022

Abstract

El presente trabajo científico tuvo como objetivo, determinar la relación que existe entre la violencia familiar y la autoestima en estudiantes de quinto año de secundaria de la institución educativa Víctor Manuel Maúrtua, Parcona, Ica, 2022. La metodología empleada se centró en el enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo aplicada, nivel correlacional, diseño no experimental. La muestra quedó constituida por 102 estudiantes. Se emplearon 2 instrumentos: el cuestionario para medir la violencia y el cuestionario para medir la autoestima. En los resultados, se muestra, con un coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman entre las variables: de r= -0,776, donde se evidencia la existencia de una correlación inversa alta entre las variables, con un nivel de significancia de p=0,000 menor a 0,05. Como conclusión, se logró corroborar que existe relación inversa entre la violencia familiar y la autoestima en estudiantes. Afirmando que, a un alto nivel de violencia familiar, le corresponde un nivel bajo de autoestima en estudiantes.

The objective of this scientific work was to determine the relationship that exists between family violence and self-esteem in fifth-year high school students of the Victor Manuel Maurtua educational institution, Parcona, Ica, 2022. The methodology used focused on the quantitative approach, applied type, correlational level, non-experimental design. The sample consisted of 102 students. Two instruments were used: the questionnaire to measure violence and the questionnaire to measure self-esteem.
