Construcción del almacén municipal en el distrito de Puquio, provincia de Lucanas - departamento de Ayacucho

Abstract

El presente informe expone la experiencia profesional en el campo de la Ingeniería Civil, obtenida durante los últimos años de labores en la Municipalidad Provincial de Lucanas Puquio, siendo bachiller en ingeniería civil. Asimismo, en el presente informe se describe el proceso de ejecución de un proyecto denominado “Construcción del almacén municipal en el distrito de Puquio, provincia de Lucanas - departamento de Ayacucho”. Las metas planteadas en el presente proyecto son las siguientes: 1. Construcción de almacén municipal primer nivel con servicios higiénicos, guardianía y oficina de administración (área techada = oficina, pasadizo (área techada= 346,82m2) 2. Habitación para mecánico, con servicios higiénicos (área techada 52.81m2) 3. Garaje de estructura mecánica (área techada =963.56m2) 4. Taller mecánico con estructura metálica (área techada = 380.17 m3 ) 5. Cerco perimétrico y portada principal con muro confinado y muro contención y 2 portones. 6. Equipamiento básico con equipos y herramientas básicas. El Proyecto se ejecutó por la modalidad de Administración Directa, siendo la unidad ejecutora la Municipalidad Provincial de Lucanas - Puquio, siendo su tiempo de ejecución de 150 días calendarios y con un presupuesto total de S/. 1,533,936.75 (UN MILLON QUINIENTOS TREINTA Y TRES MIL NOVECIENTOS TREINTA Y SEIS Y 75/100 SOLES). Finalmente, se permitió aplicar todos los conocimientos obtenidos en el ámbito de la Ingeniería Civil durante la formación en las aulas, contribuyendo a obtener una estructura de calidad al servicio de la población Puquiana y aledaños.

This report exposes the professional experience in the field of Civil Engineering, obtained during the last years of work in the Provincial Municipality of Lucanas Puquio, being a bachelor in civil engineering. Likewise, this report describes the execution process of a project called "CONSTRUCTION OF THE MUNICIPAL WAREHOUSE IN THE DISTRICT OF PUQUIO, PROVICIA DE LUCANAS - DEPARTMENT OF AYACUCHO". The goals set out in this project are the following: 1. Construction of a first level municipal warehouse with restrooms, guardianship and administration office (covered area = office, passageway (covered area = 346.82m2) 2. Room for mechanic, with hygienic services (covered area 52.81m2) 3. Mechanical structure garage (covered area = 963.56m2) 4. Mechanical workshop with metallic structure (covered area = 380.17 m3) 5. Perimeter fence and main gate with confined wall and retaining wall and 2 gates. 6. Basic equipment with basic equipment and tools. The Project was executed by the Direct Administration modality, being the executing unit the Provincial Municipality of Lucanas - Puquio, with its execution time of 150 calendar days and with a total budget of S/. 1,533,936.75 (ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY SIX AND 75/100 SOLES). Finally, it was possible to apply all the knowledge obtained in the field of Civil Engineering during the training in the classrooms, contributing to obtain a quality structure at the service of the Puquiana and surrounding population.
