Políticas públicas y seguridad ciudadana en el distrito de Ica, 2024

Abstract

La Tesis “POLITICAS PUBLICAS Y SEGURIDAD CIUDADANA EN EL DISTRITO DE ICA, 2024” tuvo como objetivo demostrar la relación entre las variables formuladas en el contexto y período de tiempo antes señalado. Para la ejecución de la presente investigación se tomaron en cuenta diversas disposiciones legales: la Constitución Política del Perú de 1993; la Ley N°27972 - Ley Orgánica de Municipalidades; la Ley 27933 - Ley del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad Ciudadana; la Ley 30220 - Ley Universitaria; el Estatuto de la UNICA; la Resolución Rectoral 029-2021-R, Líneas de Investigación UNICA; la Resolución Rectoral 048-2021-R, Reglamento de Grados y Títulos de la UNICA y la Resolución Rectoral 1320-2021-R, Guía para la Elaboración del Proyecto, Informe Final de Tesis UNICA. En el proceso de recolección de datos se recurrió a la Técnica de la Encuesta y los instrumentos de recojo de datos fueron: Cuestionario sobre Políticas Públicas en el distrito de Ica, 2024; Cuestionario sobre Seguridad Ciudadana en el distrito de Ica, 2024. De los resultados obtenidos se puede llegar a concluir que: Entre las políticas públicas y la Seguridad Ciudadana en el distrito de Ica, 2024, se da una relación muy significativa y oportuna de análisis; por lo cual se puede deducir que entre ambas variables se produce una relación muy importante. The thesis “PUBLIC POLICIES AND CITIZEN SECURITY IN THE DISTRICT OF ICA, 2024” aimed to demonstrate the relationship between the variables formulated in the context and time period indicated above. For the execution of this research, various legal provisions were taken into account: the Political Constitution of Peru of 1993; Law No. 27972 - Organic Law of Municipalities; Law 27933 - Law of the National Citizen Security System; Law 30220 - University Law; the UNICA Statute; Rectoral Resolution 029-2021-R, UNICA Research Lines; Rectoral Resolution 048-2021-R, UNICA Degree and Title Regulations and Rectoral Resolution 1320-2021-R, Guide for the Preparation of the Project, UNICA Final Thesis Report. In the data collection process, the Survey Technique was used and the data collection instruments were: Questionnaire on Public Policies in the district of Ica, 2024; Questionnaire on Citizen Security in the district of Ica, 2024. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that: Between public policies and Citizen Security in the district of Ica, 2024, there is a very significant and timely relationship for analysis; therefore, it can be deduced that there is a very important relationship between both variables.
