Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación nos muestra las particularidades del patrimonio histórico cultural(ex casas hacienda) de la provincia de Ica ,sus diversos inmuebles son muestran de creatividad, de la fusión de dos mundos a inicios del siglo XVI y posteriores siglos donde la experiencia hispana y el This research work shows us the particularities of the historical cultural heritage (such as hacienda houses) of the province of Ica. Its various properties are examples of creativity, the fusion of two worlds at the beginning of the 16th century and subsequent centuries where the Hispanic experience and the contributions of the indigenous people proposed new forms of peculiar architectural expressions, with a clear reminiscence of the neoclassical style and consequently vernacular with regional influence, adapted to the natural cultural context, being imposed on the coast by a society where new ways of living, building, and carrying out agricultural activities emerged, essentially like the introduction of vineyards. Having previously carried out the respective cultural diagnosis aimed at defining the historical and aesthetic value, thus inserting them into the current world through effective management for their knowledge, conservation, and protection of heritage. This study shows the process of reutilization, integration into current development, the current state of conservation, and the numerous possibilities presented by various properties known as Heritage in the different Districts of the Province of Ica, which implies that there are diverse possibilities considering the greater demographic, economic, and consequently cultural increase.
