Expresiones del patrimonio cultural histórico inmueble (excasas hacienda) de la provincia de Ica una nueva propuesta de desarrollo cultural

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación nos muestra las particularidades del patrimonio histórico cultural(ex casas hacienda) de la provincia de Ica ,sus diversos inmuebles son muestran de creatividad, de la fusión de dos mundos a inicios del siglo XVI y posteriores siglos donde la experiencia hispana y el <aporte de los hombres originarios propusieron nuevas formas de expresiones peculiares arquitectónicas, con clara reminiscencia del estilo neoclásico y por consiguiente vernácula con influencia regional, adaptados al medio o contexto cultural natural, siendo impuesta en la costa por una sociedad donde surgieron nuevas formas de vivir, de edificar y realizar actividades agrícolas diferentes esencialmente como la introducción de la vid. Habiendo realizado con anterioridad el diagnostico cultural respectivo que tuvo como propósito definir el valor histórico, estético, por tanto insertarlos en el mundo actual a través de una gestión acertada para su conocimiento, conservación y protección del patrimonio. El presente estudio muestra el proceso de reutilización, integración al desarrollo actual , el estado de conservación actual, las mayores y diversas posibilidades que muestran los diversos inmuebles denominados Patrimonio en los diferentes Distritos de la Provincia de Ica, lo que implica que existen diversas posibilidades tomando en cuenta el mayor incremento demográfico, económico y por consiguiente cultural.This research work shows us the particularities of the historical cultural heritage (such as hacienda houses) of the province of Ica. Its various properties are examples of creativity, the fusion of two worlds at the beginning of the 16th century and subsequent centuries where the Hispanic experience and the contributions of the indigenous people proposed new forms of peculiar architectural expressions, with a clear reminiscence of the neoclassical style and consequently vernacular with regional influence, adapted to the natural cultural context, being imposed on the coast by a society where new ways of living, building, and carrying out agricultural activities emerged, essentially like the introduction of vineyards. Having previously carried out the respective cultural diagnosis aimed at defining the historical and aesthetic value, thus inserting them into the current world through effective management for their knowledge, conservation, and protection of heritage. This study shows the process of reutilization, integration into current development, the current state of conservation, and the numerous possibilities presented by various properties known as Heritage in the different Districts of the Province of Ica, which implies that there are diverse possibilities considering the greater demographic, economic, and consequently cultural increase.
