Alineamiento Digital y la Transformación Digital en la Municipalidad de Ica, año 2021

Abstract

El objetivo de esta tesis, titulada “Alineamiento Digital y la Transformación Digital en la Municipalidad Provincial de Ica, Año 2021”, fue establecer el nivel de relación entre el alineamiento digital y la transformación digital en la Municipalidad Provincial de Ica, año 2021”. Para ello, se determinó la hipótesis de que el alineamiento digital se relaciona con la transformación digital en la Municipalidad Provincial de Ica, año 2021. Siendo una investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico y nivel explicativo, con diseño no experimental porque no hubo manipulación de las variables independiente (x) y dependiente (y). Observacional, porque estuvo sujeto a la medición y comportamiento de las variables sin intervención directa sobre la variable independiente. Se utilizó como muestra a 60 usuarios y 12 servidores públicos de la Municipalidad Provincial de Ica; a las cuales se les aplicó como técnicas la observación y las técnicas documental y bibliográfica respectivamente.

The objective of this thesis, titled "Digital Alignment and Digital Transformation in the Provincial Municipality of Ica, Year 2021", was to establish the level of relationship between digital alignment and digital transformation in the Provincial Municipality of Ica, year 2021. To this end, the hypothesis was determined that digital alignment is related to digital transformation in the Provincial Municipality of Ica, year 2021. Being a research with a quantitative approach, of a basic type and explanatory level, with a non-experimental design because there was no manipulation of the independent (x) and dependent (y) variables. Observational, because it was subject to the measurement and behavior of the variables without direct intervention on the independent variable. 60 users and 12 public servants from the Information Technology area of the Provincial Municipality of Ica were used as a sample; to which observation and documentary and bibliographic techniques were applied as techniques.
