Remodelación de losa deportiva, en el (la) con Grass sintético en el centro poblado Pallasca del distrito de Humay, provincia de Pisco, departamento de Ica

Abstract

El presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional tiene como finalidad principal detallar las distintas labores y aptitudes realizadas como Asistente De Supervisor de la Obra “Remodelación de losa deportiva, en el (la) con Grass sintético en el centro poblado Pallasca del distrito de Humay, provincia de Pisco, departamento de Ica”, con CUI N°2555287. El proyecto de inversión citado contemplo la remodelación de una losa deportiva, teniendo como metas físicos principales la demolición de estructura existente, colocación de Grass sintético, Construcción de Tribunas de Concreto Armado, Construcción de Cerco Metálico e suministro e instalación de Reflectores. Es de mencionar que la presente Obra tuvo como Contratista al CONSORCIO PALLASCA y como supervisor al ING. JEISON FRANCIS HUAMANI ZAMORA. El presente informe tiene como objetivo precisar una evaluación detallada de la EJECUCION y SUPERVISION del proyecto de inversión deportivo durante las fechas desde el 31 de ENERO del 2023 hasta el 17 de FEBRERO del 2023, llevado a cabo en el CENTRO POBLADO DE PALLASCA, Distrito de Pisco, Provincia de ICA y Departamento de Ica. La realización del presente proyecto citado es de importancia al fin dotar de una adecuada infraestructura deportiva la cual permitan el desarrollo del deporte y/o actividades adecuadas con un confort optimo, las metas a realizar se basan principalmente en el trabajo del bachiller como parte del asistente de supervisión de obra. En este informe se desarrollarán las distintastareas que se realizaron, como parte de la supervisión de la obra las cuales contemplaron: elaboración de planos de replanteo, actualización de cronogramas de ejecución de obra, valorizaciones mensuales, control de calidad, coordinación de tareas a realizar con la contratista CONSORCIO PALLASCA y el seguimiento de las distintas tareas que permitan cumplir la meta principal del proyecto de inversión citado. Así mismo se detallarán los trabajos que se realizaron, resultados obtenidos, problemas y soluciones contempladas durante la ejecución de la obra. Finalmente, se ha podido concluir con una serie de recomendaciones, fundamentadas en las experiencias desarrolladas, las cuales servirán de apoyo a los profesionales y personas que realizarán actividades relacionadas a el tema de fondo principal que conlleva la SUPERVISION de un PROYECTO de INVERSION.

The main purpose of this professional proficiency work is to detail the different tasks and skills carried out as Assistant Supervisor of the Work “REMODELING OF THE SPORTS SLAB OF PALLASCA, DISTRICT OF HUMAY, PROVINCE OF PISCO, DEPARTMENT OF ICA”, WITH CUI N°2555287. The aforementioned investment project contemplated the remodeling of a sports slab, with the main physical goals being the demolition of the existing structure, placement of synthetic Grass, Construction of Reinforced Concrete Grandstands, Construction of Metal Fence and supply and installation of Reflectors. It is worth mentioning that this Work had the PALLASCA CONSORTIUM as Contractor and ING as supervisor. JEISON FRANCIS HUAMANI ZAMORA. The objective of this report is to specify a detailed evaluation of the EXECUTION and SUPERVISION of the sports investment project during the dates from JANUARY 31, 2023 to FEBRUARY 17, 2023, carried out in the POPULATION CENTER OF PALLASCA, District of Pisco, Province of ICA and Department of Ica. The implementation of this aforementioned project is of importance in order to provide an adequate sports infrastructure which allows the development of sports and/or appropriate activities with optimal comfort. The goals to be achieved are based mainly on the work of the high school graduate as part of the assistant. Construction supervision. This report will develop the different tasks that were carried out, as part of the supervision of the work, which included: preparation of layout plans, updating of work execution schedules, monthly valuations, quality control, coordination of tasks to be carried out. With the contractor CONSORCIO PALLASCA and the monitoring of the different tasks that allow the main goal of the aforementioned investment project to be met. Likewise, the work that was carried out, results obtained, problems and solutions contemplated during the execution of the work will be detailed. Finally, it has been possible to conclude with a series of recommendations, based on the experiences developed, which will serve as support to professionals and people who will carry out activities related to the main underlying issue involved in the SUPERVISION of an INVESTMENT PROJECT.
