Factores predisponentes y uso del anticonceptivo de emergencia en estudiantes de Obstetricia de la Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga, 2023

Abstract

Este estudio tiene como título Factores predisponentes y uso del anticonceptivo de emergencia en estudiantes de Obstetricia de la Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga,2023. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre los Factores predisponentes y uso del anticonceptivo de emergencia en estudiantes de Obstetricia de la Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga,2023. Metodología: El tipo de investigación fue cuantitativo, de estudio básica, prospectivo y corte transversal; nivel relacional, diseño no experimental. La población de 199 y muestra de 132 estudiantes, aplicando como técnica la encuesta y de instrumento el cuestionario. Resultados: Los Factores predisponentes fueron el factor sociodemográfico la edad de 19 a 23 años 60,6%, estado civil soltera 81,8%, ciclo que cursaban IV-VI 37,9%, ocupación estudiante 78,0%, religión católica 73,5%. En los factores personales se encontró que no presentan inseguridad con su pareja 72,0%, se sienten preparada para enfrentar alguna responsabilidad 63,3%, no tienen temor de utilizar algún método anticonceptivo 72,05%, en la conducta sexual se determinó que iniciaron relaciones sexuales entre 19 a 24 años un 77,3 %, utilizaron método anticonceptivo 75%, tuvieron relaciones sin protección 55,3%, la frecuencia de relaciones sexuales fue semanal 44,7% y han tenido solo 1 pareja sexual 68,2%, respecto al uso del método de emergencia se observó que se realiza después de cada relación sexual 56,8%. Conclusión: Se logró determinar que no existe una relación entre los Factores predisponentes y el uso del anticonceptivo de emergencia en estudiantes de Obstetricia de la Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga,2023.

Objective: To determine the relationship between predisposing factors and the use of emergency contraception in obstetrics students at the National University of San Luis Gonzaga, 2023. Methodology: The research was quantitative, basic, prospective, and cross-sectional; relational in nature, and non-experimental in design. The population was 199 and the sample was 132 students. The technique used was a survey and the instrument used was a questionnaire. Results: The predisposing factors were the sociodemographic factor age 19 to 23 years 60.6%, marital status single 81.8%, cycle they were in IV-VI 37.9%, occupation student 78.0%, Catholic religion 73.5%. In personal factors it was found that they do not present insecurity with their partner 72.0%, they feel prepared to face any responsibility 63.3%, they are not afraid to use any contraceptive method 72.05%, in sexual behavior it was determined that they started sexual relations between 19 to 24 years 77.3%, used a contraceptive method 75%, had unprotected relations 55.3%, the frequency of sexual relations was weekly 44.7% and have had only 1 sexual partner 68.2%, regarding the use of the emergency method it was observed that it is performed after each sexual relation 56.8%. Conclusion: It was determined that there is no relationship between predisposing factors and the use of emergency contraception in obstetrics students at the National University of San Luis Gonzaga, 2023.
