Riesgo laborales y estado de salud del profesional de enfermería en el Hospital Regional, Ica, 2024

Abstract

Los enfermeros están en constante riesgo en el trabajo, entre ellos biológicos, físicos, químicos y psicosocial, que pueden afectar la salud del profesional. La investigación tiene como Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre los riesgos laborales y el estado de salud del profesional de enfermería en el Hospital Regional, Ica, 2024. Material y método: el estudio se ejecutó con un enfoque cuantitativo, cuyo diseño fue correlacional, su alcance fue descriptivo en base a los objetivos planteados. La muestra estuvo constituida por 87 enfermeros. Resultado: Se evidenció que el mayor índice en riesgo laborales fue de nivel medio con un 48.28%, un 45.98% en nivel alto y solo el 5.74% en nivel bajo. El mayor índice en el estado de salud fue de nivel bueno con un 57.47%, un 50.58% en nivel regular y solo el 3.45% en nivel malo. Conclusiones: Existe relación entre los riesgos laborales y el estado de salud del profesional de enfermería en el Hospital Regional, Ica, 2024.Nurses are exposed to various occupational risks, such as biological, physical, chemical and mental, which can compromise the health of the professional. Material and method: the study was carried out with a quantitative approach, whose design was correlational, its scope was descriptive based on the objectives set. The sample consisted of 87 nurses. Result: It was evident that the highest rate of occupational risk was medium level with 48.28%, 45.98% at a high level and only 5.74% at a low level. The highest rate in health status was good level with 57.47%, 50.58% at a regular level and only 3.45% at a bad level.
