Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación, desarrolla la selección de componentes mediante
cálculos justificativos, el análisis económico del mismo, la instalación de equipos y componentes
para un tablero industrial de tipo auto soportado, con aplicación de variadores de frecuencia que
formaran parte de un sistema automatizado para el riego en la agrícola Safco, ubicada en las
Pampas de Villacurí del distrito de Salas, Departamento y Provincia de Ica, durante el año 2022.
Por sus bondades en comparación con otros sistemas convencionales para el funcionamiento,
arranque y control de una cámara de rebombeo. Esta instalación se realizo con la empresa Tecnel
S.A.C cuyos detalles operativos, posicionamiento en el mercado y políticas de organización se
encuentran en el capitulo I.
En el capitulo II se describe todo el recorrido profesional siempre ligado al desarrollo
de proyectos eléctricos y de automatización en baja tensión por las empresas donde se realizo el
desenvolvimiento profesional.
En el capitulo III, se realiza el planteamiento del método de solución mediante la
selección de equipos y componentes para un tablero industrial auto soportado con aplicación de
variadores de frecuencia, se realiza la comparativa con un sistema de arranque suave y un sistema
de arranque estrella – triangulo, finalmente la empresa agrícola opta por el sistema automatizado
por variadores de frecuencia, dado que se obtiene un retorno de inversión y el control de las
velocidades de los motores para la operación de la cámara de rebombeo, se determinan los costos
de instalación y la justificación técnica del mismo.
Finalmente, en el capítulo IV se hace énfasis que los directivos de la agrícola Safco
optan por la automatización mediante variadores de frecuencia para el control de las velocidades
de los 06 motores de la sala de rebombeo, considerado por el retorno de inversión, que está
planificado en 01 año con 06 meses.
The present research work, develops the selection of components by means of justifying calculations, the economic analysis of the same, the installation of equipment and components for an industrial panel of self-supported type with application of frequency variators that will be part of an automated system for irrigation in the agricultural Safco, located in the Pampas de Villacurí of the district of Salas, Department and Province of Ica, during the year 2022. Due to its advantages compared to other conventional systems for the operation, start-up and control of a pumping chamber. This installation was carried out with the company Tecnel S.A.C. whose operational details, market positioning and organizational policies are found in Chapter I. Chapter II describes the entire professional career always linked to the development of electrical and automation projects in low voltage for the companies where the professional development was carried out. In chapter III, the approach of the solution method is made through the selection of equipment and components for a self-supported industrial panel with application of frequency inverters, the comparison is made with a soft start system and a star - triangle start system, finally the agricultural company opts for the automated system by frequency inverters, since a return on investment and control of engine speeds for the operation of the pumping chamber is obtained, installation costs are determined and the technical justification of the same. Finally, in Chapter IV, it is emphasized that the directors of the agricultural company Safco opt for the automation by means of frequency variators for the control of the speeds of the 6 motors of the pumping room and for the return of investment planned in 1 year and 6 months.
