Embarazo no deseado y aborto clandestino en la provincia de pisco al año 2023

Abstract

La Tesis “EMBARAZO NO DESEADO Y ABORTO CLANDESTINO EN LA PROVINCIA DE PISCO AL AÑO 2023” tuvo como objetivo evidenciar la relación entre las variables establecidas dentro del contexto y el periodo de tiempo mencionado.

“Para la realización de la investigación desde la perspectiva normativa legal se consideraron lo siguiente: la Constitución Política del Perú de 1993; Ley 28044, Ley General de la Educación; Código Penal; Código Procesal Penal; Ley 30220, Ley Universitaria; Estatuto de la Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga de Ica; Resolución Rectoral 048 -2021- R: Reglamento de Grados y Títulos de la UNICA; Resolución Rectoral 029 – 2021 – R: Líneas de Investigación de la Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga de Ica, así como en la Legislación Penal y Procesal Penal vigente”.

Durante la fase de recopilación de datos, se empleó la metodología de encuestas, utilizando como herramientas de recolección dos tipos de cuestionarios: uno enfocado en el tema del embarazo no deseado y otro centrado en el aborto clandestino.

De los resultados obtenidos se deduce que: Entre el embarazo no deseado y el aborto clandestino en la provincia de Pisco al año 2023, existe una relación significativa; Entre el embarazo no deseado en niñas, adolescentes y aborto espontáneo en la provincia de Pisco al año 2023, se aprecia una relación importante.

The Thesis “UNWANTED PREGNANCY AND CLANDESTINE ABORTION IN THE PROVINCE OF PISCO BY THE YEAR 2023” aimed to demonstrate the relationship between the variables established within the context and the mentioned time period.

To carry out the research from a legal regulatory perspective, the following were considered: the Political Constitution of Peru of 1993; Law 28044, General Education Law; Penal Code; Criminal Procedure Code; Law 30220, University Law; Statute of the “San Luis Gonzaga” National University of Ica; Rectoral Resolution 048 -2021- R: UNICA Degree and Title Regulations; Rectoral Resolution 029 – 2021 – R: Research Lines of the “San Luis Gonzaga” National University of Ica, as well as the current Criminal and Criminal Procedure Legislation.

During the data collection phase, survey methodology was used, using two types of questionnaires as collection tools: one focused on the issue of unwanted pregnancy and another focused on clandestine abortion.

From the results obtained, it is deduced that: Between unwanted pregnancy and clandestine abortion in the province of Pisco in the year 2023, there is a significant relationship; An important relationship can be seen between unwanted pregnancy in girls, adolescents and spontaneous abortion in the province of Pisco in 2023.
