El liderazgo del docente como orientador del aprendizaje autónomo y/o colaborativo en la Institución Educativa Inicial N° 34, Pedreros, Ica, 2023

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia del liderazgo docente como orientador en el aprendizaje autónomo y/o colaborativo en los estudiantes de la Institución Educativa Inicial N° 34, Pedreros, Ica, 2023. La metodología aplicada se estableció mediante un estudio de nivel aplicado, teniendo un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental de tipo correlacional-transeccional. La población fue de 13 colaboradores entre docentes y personal directivo, siendo la muestra igual que la población, determinada por un muestreo censal. Se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta y el cuestionario como instrumentos para obtener datos de las variables liderazgo docente y aprendizaje autónomo y/o colaborativo, siendo estos validados a través de la técnica de juicio de expertos y mediante la confiabilidad del Alfa de Cronbach, para la primera variable de 0.932 y segunda variable de 0.803, aplicando la prueba de normalidad se empleó la correlación de Pearson. Los resultados obtenidos indican que la variable de liderazgo tuvo un nivel fuerte con 84.62%, la variable aprendizaje autónomo un 61.54%, mientras la dimensión motivación presento un nivel fuerte con 76.92%, las dimensiones acompañamiento y ética un 76.92% cada uno, teniendo un nivel fuerte, y la dimensión tolerancia pedagógica con 84.62% siendo un nivel fuerte. Se concluye que entre ambas variables existe una correlación positiva muy alta, teniendo un p-valor 0.000 < 0.05 de significancia, y con un rho de Pearson de 0.945, teniendo una relación directa y significativa, en consecuencia, se acepta la hipótesis alterna y se rechaza la nula.

The aim of the research work was to determine the influence of teacher leadership as a guide for autonomous and/or collaborative learning in the students of the Initial Educational Institution No. 34, Pedreros, Ica, 2023. The methodology applied was established by means of an applied level study, with a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design of a correlational-transectional type. The population consisted of 13 collaborators, including teachers and management staff, with the sample being the same as the population, determined by census sampling. The survey technique and the questionnaire were applied as an instrument to obtain data on the variables teaching leadership and autonomous and/or collaborative learning, these being validated through the technique of expert judgement and through the reliability of Cronbach's Alpha, for the first variable of 0.932 and the second variable of 0.803, applying the normality test, Pearson's correlation was used. The results obtained indicate that the leadership variable had a strong level of 84.62%, the autonomous learning variable 61.54%, while the motivation dimension presented a strong level of 76.92%, the accompaniment and ethics dimensions 76.92% each, having a strong level, and the pedagogical tolerance dimension 84.62% being a strong level. It is concluded that there is a very high positive correlation between both variables, with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 of significance, and with a Pearson's rho of 0.945, having a direct and significant relationship, consequently the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected.
