Resumen
La investigación tuvo por objetivo Diseñar una propuesta de un programa de prevención de riesgos laborales para disminuir la accidentabilidad en la Asociación Sindicato de Pescadores Artesanales del Distrito de San Andrés-Pisco, Ica, 2022. La metodología empleada se basó en un estudio descriptivo – explicativo con la participación de 48 trabajadores de la pesca artesanal. Técnica encuesta e instrumento cuestionario y guía de observación. Los resultados obtenidos reflejaron que se determinó que la mayoría de trabajadores dedicados a las actividades de la pesca en la Asociación de pescadores arrtesanales en el distrito de San Andrés en la provincia de Pisco son adultos (58,33%), con experticia en la labor de pesca (70.83%) y un ritmo de trabajo en nivel normal (39,58%) pero muy seguido de un trabajo algo pesado (35.42%). Se determinó que los trabajadores dedicados a la actividad pesquera nunca han tenido enfermedades degenerativas (81.25%), sin embargo, las enfermedades de piel por efectos de radiación o de humedad (43.25%) son las de mayor frecuencia seguido por las enfermedades respiratorias (39.58%) y enfermedad de pie atleta (35.42%). Por otro lado, en las enfermedades que a veces suelen presentarse con los trastornos musculoesqueléticos (45.83%). Conclusión: Se diseñó un Programa de Salud ocupacional para la Asociación de pescadores artesanales mediante la matriz IPER donde fueron identificados 11 factores de riesgo como son: “Riesgo al ruido, exposición a la humedad, a la radiación solar, a contaminantes químicos, malos hábitos, postura forzada, etc.”
The objective of the research was to design a proposal for an occupational risk prevention program to reduce the accident rate in the Association of Artisanal Fishermen of the District of San Andrés-Pisco, Ica, 2022. The methodology used was based on a descriptive-explanatory study with the participation of 48 artisanal fishing workers. Survey technique and instrument, questionnaire and observation guide. The results obtained showed that it was determined that the majority of workers dedicated to fishing activities in the Association of Arrtesan Fishermen in the district of San Andrés in the province of Pisco are adults (58.33%), with expertise in fishing work (70.83%) and a normal work rate (39.58%) but very often a somewhat heavy work (35.42%). It was determined that workers engaged in fishing activity have never had degenerative diseases (81.25%), however, skin diseases due to the effects of radiation or humidity (43.25%) are the most frequent, followed by respiratory diseases (39.58%) and athlete's foot disease (35.42%). On the other hand, in diseases that sometimes occur with musculoskeletal disorders (45.83%). Conclusion: An Occupational Health Program was designed for the Association of Artisanal Fishermen using the IPER matrix where 11 risk factors were identified, such as: "Risk to noise, exposure to humidity, solar radiation, chemical pollutants, bad habits, forced posture, etc."
