Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación me ha permitido examinar el análisis de la conducta
arquitectónica sismorresistente de una obra de dos grados de mampostería confinada, que se
encuentra ubicado en la Avda. Oscar R. Benavides N°1030-5 en Chincha-Ica. La arquitectura
estuvo definida previamente, el área de edificación es de 128.69 m2, en ejercicio a esta
arquitectura se dimanó a efectuar la organización y modelamiento de cada método elemental en
el sistema Etabs 2018.
Que al analizar y desarrollar el método estático y dinámico se pone en evidencia la seguridad de
optimizar el comportamiento estructural en una obra de dos niveles de mampostería en la
Provincia de Chincha, ante eventos sísmicos que pueden manifestarse durante su etapa de
funcionamiento.
Se recomienda siempre verificar la presencia de las irregularidades estructurales ya que podría
alterar los resultados reales para la edificación, para lo cual se debería emplear la adecuada
consistencia mínima de pared, la utilización de ladrillo industrial de calidad y el correcto uso de
los Píers, para que el Método Estático y Dinámico contribuya a optimizar el comportamiento
estructural en una obra de dos niveles de mampostería confinada.
The current research has allowed me to examine the analysis of the seismic resistant architectural behavior of a work of two degrees of confined masonry, which is located at Avda. Oscar R. Benavides No. 1030-5 in Chincha-Ica. The architecture was previously defined, the building area is 128.69 m2, in exercise of this architecture, the organization and modeling of each elementary method in the Etabs 2018 system was carried out. That when analyzing and developing the static and dynamic method, the safety of optimizing the structural behavior in a two-level masonry work in the Province of Chincha, in the face of seismic events that can manifest during its operating stage, is evidenced. It is always recommended to verify the presence of structural irregularities since it could alter the real results for the building, for which the adequate minimum consistency of the wall should be used, the use of quality industrial brick and the correct use of the Piers, to that the Static and Dynamic Method contributes to optimize the structural behavior in a work of two levels of confined masonry.
