Rol de la Policía Nacional y gobernabilidad en la Región Ica al año 2024

Abstract

La Tesis “Rol de la Policía Nacional y gobernabilidad en la Región Ica al año 2024.” tuvo como propósito demostrar la relación entre las variables del estudio. Para su realización desde el punto de vista legal, se consideraron las siguientes normas legales: la Constitución Política del Perú de 1993; la Ley 30220, Ley Universitaria; el Estatuto de la UNICA; Normatividad del Policía Nacional del Perú; la Resolución Rectoral 029-2021-4, Líneas de Investigación UNICA; la Resolución Rectoral 048-2021-R, Reglamento de Grados y Títulos de la UNICA y la Resolución Rectoral 1320-2021-R, Guía para la Elaboración del Proyecto, Informe Final de Tesis UNICA. En el proceso de recolección de datos se recurrió a la Técnica de la Encuesta y Análisis Documental y los instrumentos: Cuestionario sobre Rol de la Policía Nacional y la Ficha de Análisis Documental sobre Gobernabilidad. De los resultados obtenidos se deduce que: Entre el rol de la Policía Nacional y Gobernabilidad en la Región Ica al año 2024, existe una relación significativa porque gracias a ello se puede establecer una lucha concreta contra la criminalidad; entre mantenimiento de la tranquilidad-seguridad pública y legitimidad de autoridades en la Región Ica al año 2024, existe una relación muy estrecha; entre garantizar la seguridad ciudadana y participación de ciudadanos en la Región Ica al año 2024, existe una relación muy importante; entre el equipamiento y la implementación logística existe relación concreta para poder ejercer la lucha concreta contra la criminalidad en la Región Ica al año 2024. The Thesis "Role of the National Police and Governance in the Ica Region to the year 2024." had the purpose of demonstrating the relationship between the variables of the study. For its implementation from the legal point of view, the following legal norms were considered: the Political Constitution of Peru of 1993; Law 30220, University Law; the Statute of UNICA; Regulations of the National Police of Peru; Rectoral Resolution 029- 2021-4, UNICA Research Lines; Rectoral Resolution 048-2021-R, UNICA Degrees and Degrees Regulations and Rectoral Resolution 1320-2021-R, Guide for the Preparation of the Project, UNICA Final Thesis Report. In the data collection process, the Survey and Documentary Analysis Technique and the instruments were used: Questionnaire on the Role of the National Police and the Document Analysis File on Governance. From the results obtained, it can be deduced that: Between the role of the National Police and Governance in the Ica Region by 2024, there is a significant relationship because thanks to it a concrete fight against crime can be established; between the maintenance of tranquility-public security and legitimacy of authorities in the Ica Region by 2024, there is a very close relationship; between guaranteeing citizen security and citizen participation in the Ica Region by 2024, there is a very important relationship; between the equipment and the logistical implementation there is a concrete relationship to be able to exercise the concrete fight against crime in the Ica Region by 2024
