Resolución de conflictos laborales y eficacia de los mecanismos alternativos de solución de controversias, de acuerdo con operadores de justicia, Distrito Judicial de Ica, Ica, 2024

Resumen
La indagación consignó determinar la relación entre la resolución de conflictos laborales y la eficacia de los mecanismos alternativos de solución de controversias, de acuerdo con operadores de justicia, Distrito Judicial de Ica, Ica, 2024, en donde se ha establecido una metodología correlacional, sobre la cual se estableció el uso del cuestionario para recuperar datos de un total de 59 operadores de justicia. Los resultados indicaron que la resolución de conflictos laborales mostró una relación de 0.816 con la eficacia de los mecanismos alternativos, la base jurídica una relación de 0.680, los métodos y técnicas una relación de 0.784, los intereses de las partes una relación de 0.744 y el grado de eficacia una relación de 0.693. Estos valores evidenciaron cómo diversos factores influyeron en la efectividad de los mecanismos alternativos de solución de controversias en el entorno laboral. Se ha concluido que los mecanismos alternativos permitieron resolver tensiones laborales de manera ágil y adaptada a las necesidades de las partes, fomentando acuerdos que restauraron relaciones armoniosas y aseguraron un ambiente de trabajo estable y productivo. Este enfoque evitó la prolongación de conflictos, promoviendo la cooperación y previniendo futuras fricciones en el ámbito laboral.
The research aimed to determine the relationship between the resolution of labor conflicts and the effectiveness of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, according to justice operators, Judicial District of Ica, Ica, 2024, where a correlational methodology has been established, on which the use of the questionnaire was established to recover data from a total of 59 justice operators. The results indicated that the resolution of labor conflicts showed a relationship of 0.816 with the effectiveness of alternative mechanisms, the legal basis a relationship of 0.680, the methods and techniques a relationship of 0.784, the interests of the parties a relationship of 0.744 and the degree of effectiveness a relationship of 0.693. These values showed how various factors influenced the effectiveness of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in the workplace. It was concluded that alternative mechanisms allowed for the resolution of labour tensions in a quick manner and adapted to the needs of the parties, promoting agreements that restored harmonious relations and ensured a stable and productive work environment. This approach avoided the prolongation of conflicts, promoting cooperation and preventing future frictions in the workplace.
