inferiores a 0.050.
The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between growth and development control and teleorientation to mothers of children from Vaso de Leche Jesús de Nazaret, Ica, 2023. Likewise, it corresponded to basic research, of correlational level and non-experimental design, with a sample of 194 mothers, opting for the use of the survey. Likewise, the results showed that 71.1% rated teleorientation at a medium level and 13.9% at a low level. In addition, it was demonstrated that the factors of non-compliance from the family were significantly related to teleorientation by p<0.050, corresponding to mothers' knowledge of CRED control (p=0.037), non-compliance with respect to the consultation of children (p=0.014), knowledge of the functions of health personnel (p=0.023) and knowledge of health personnel (p=0.023). 023) and mothers' knowledge about the benefits of CRED consultation (p=0.012), whereas, factors of non compliance by the institution were significantly related to teleorientation with p<0. 050, where the predominant factors were time of care in the clinics (p=0.027), treatment by nurses (p=0.018), distance from the health center (p=0.036), information provided by nurses (p=0.029) and type of information (p=0.010). The conclusion is that the factors of noncompliance from the family and the factors of noncompliance by the institution are significantly related to teleorientation, since the p-value figures were found to be less than 0.050.
