This research is about the use of education as the video-forum and Phillips 66 techniques and their influence on the meaningful learning of the fifth grade students of secondary education in the course of human anatomy from the private school "José Carlos Mariátegui" of Ica. The proposed objectives are based on check the degree of correlation that exists between the systematic application of educational techniques videoforum and Phillips 66 with the level of achievement of competencies, level of understanding of the issues and the average number of notes obtained by students in the course of human anatomy. Obtained data of how significant learning achieved by students which constituted the experimental sample and control sample is different, since class with the application of educational techniques were developed with the experimental group and control group was made with the procedure and the traditional methodology. With the verification of the hypothesis was fully demonstrated by statistical analysis that the frequent and systematic application of the educational video-forum and Phillips 66 techniques influence favorably the level of meaningful learning of the students in the course of human anatomy.
