Abstract

Spearman's rho correlation coefficient was applied to evaluate the correlation between variables. Results: 88% perceived a high level of organizational work climate; 80% presented a regular level of work stress. Correlation analysis did not show a significant relationship (ts. p>0.05) between organizational climate and work stress.
