Resumen
La gestión de la información en entornos virtuales juega un papel fundamental en el desempeño
profesional en la actualidad, especialmente en contextos donde el trabajo remoto y la virtualidad
son cada vez más comunes. En este sentido, la capacidad para acceder, procesar y utilizar la
información de manera efectiva se ha convertido en un factor clave para el éxito en diversas áreas
laborales. Este estudio tiene la finalidad de analizar la correlación entre la gestión de la
información en entornos virtuales y el rendimiento en la práctica profesional no presencial de los
estudiantes matriculados en el instituto superior pedagógico público de Ica durante el año 2021.
La metodología considerada fue de tipo básica, el nivel de investigación fue correlacional, el
diseño no experimental de tipo transeccional correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por
471 estudiantes de las diferentes especialidades del Instituto de Educación Superior Pedagógico
Público “Juan XXIII” de la provincia de Ica. La muestra estará por 212 estudiantes de las
diferentes especialidades del Instituto de Educación Superior Pedagógico Público “Juan XXIII”
de la provincia de Ica mediante el muestreo no probabilístico. La técnica fue la encuesta.
Se logró comprobar que existe relación positiva entre gestión de la información en entornos
virtuales y desempeño en la práctica profesional no presencial en estudiantes de instituto superior
pedagógico público de Ica, 2021. El coeficiente de correlación Rho Spearman hallado fue 0,596.
Information management in virtual environments plays a fundamental role in professional performance today, especially in contexts where remote work and virtuality are increasingly common. In this sense, the ability to access, process and use information effectively has become a key factor for success in various work areas. This study aims to analyze the correlation between information management in virtual environments and performance in non-face-to-face professional practice of students enrolled in the public higher pedagogical institute of Ica during the year 2021. The methodology considered was basic, the level of research was correlational, the nonexperimental design was correlational transectional type. The population was made up of 471 students from the different specialties of the “Juan XXIII” Public Pedagogical Higher Education Institute of the province of Ica. The sample will be made up of 212 students from the different specialties of the “Juan XXIII” Public Pedagogical Higher Education Institute of the province of Ica through non-probabilistic sampling. The technique was the survey. It was possible to verify that there is a positive relationship between information management in virtual environments and performance in non-face-to-face professional practice in students of the public higher pedagogical institute of Ica, 2021. The Rho Spearman correlation coefficient found was 0.596.
